Adjustable beds by their very existence as mechanical marvels of design and function are perfectly adapted to alleviate many different symptoms associated with varied conditions that lead to back pain. If you suffer from lower back pain, your condition may be the result of a multitude of causes, many of which the sufferer has no clue as to how they got them in the first place.
The causes associated with back pain include muscle spasm or sprains, ligament sprains, joint problems or a slipped disk. Actual physical disability from instances such as work related accidents are another well-known cause of back pain. In all these instances, an adjustable bed can help alleviate your sore aching back. Why can an adjustable bed help you? You do not have to take my word for it. I am not a medical expert. But I do know how to quote them.
Through my research, I have found that medical experts advise that the best way to ease back pain is to position yourself with your back on the floor, with pillows under your knees, hips and knees bent, with your feet raised on a chair. Now imagine yourself in that position. Looks rather awkward, doesn't it. Can you imagine doing this every time your back begins to act up? Now imagine yourself, if you can, in an adjustable bed perfectly aligned to provide the same comforting relief. Looks a lot better on an adjustable bed than on the floor, doesn't it

QUESTION:
When I have my baby boy this year, my daughter will be a 15 months, what kind of bed/crib should I buy?
For my first child, I bought a "Million Dollar Baby" crib (the Emily model), and this is the description:"Stylish solid pine crib accommodates child from infancy through teen years. Static side, with no moving parts, allows mom to take baby out of crib with little effort. Adjustable 4-level mattress spring system. Includes daybed conversion guard rail, plus full-size headboard and footboard."
Should I go ahead and buy another one like this for my second baby, and just convert the Emily crib I have now into a toddler bed? And when exactly can a baby start sleeping in a toddler bed? I am hoping that as my baby gets older, she might want to snuggle with us in bed and sleep with us. She has definitely not been a cuddly type at all, she hates being hold in bed, it seems as if she thinks she's being held within her will and constrained!
Well, anyway, should I just buy a regular toddler bed for the older baby, or should I just get another crib that converts? What did you do?
Thanks for any and all advice.

ANSWER:
We put my son in a toddler bed this last december ( he was 20 mo at the time) and then put a baby gate up in his door way so he he couldnt get up in middle of the night and escape through the house LOL . He could have gone to the toddler bed sooner had we had the money to get the toddler bed. He really has done great and he LOVES his big boy bed.I would just go ahead and get a toddler bed for your older child and save the convertable crib for the baby. You can get a nice and safe toddler bed at walmart. I believe we spent around on the one we got our son and its a nice strong wooden one.

QUESTION:
Should I buy this Ford 2004 5.4 4X4 Lariat?
I am a little worried about it being a money pit, because the mirrors, power pedals, and drivers seat controls did not seem to work when I test drove it today (at a local Ford dealership). The sales guy said they will see if it is a simple fix. Also, the step bars on the sides are pretty beat up, but I think those are inexpensive to replace. There are some dings here and there and I am okay with those. The truck will be for handy work and transporting horse feed and supplies. I wanted something better than a beater without getting into debt (as you know these new nice trucks nowadays are 30-50K easy!).
Can these modern Ford engines last long passed 150K Miles? I am looking to trade in my 03 G35 sedan which will cover about 10K of my cost. Should I wait and save more cash? Thanks for any tips.

ANSWER:
To be fair the F150 is a great truck, the electrical stuff common to start failing if not taken care of. The engines will last no problem, The new transmissions in the F150 are very good as well. I agree that the price for this truck is a bit steep cause of the mileage. It would be wise to buy an extended warranty. I am a Senior Master Tech for a Ford Dealership and I own this truck, Mine has 150,000 miles on it and it has never let me down. Since I am a tech I do not work on it unless it breaks and it has not broke so I never work on it. That's my two cents. Great truck just need to get them to fix the few things and lower the price a bit.

ANSWER:
I would choose the Brother. The automatic buttonhole maker is a no-brainer - drop the button in one end, lower a lever and select a couple functions and you have a no-hassle buttonhole.
Is there an authorized dealer in your area where the machine can be taken if adjustments or service is needed?
Most of the decorative stitches and functions (except for straight & zig-zag stitching) are seldom used in day-to-day sewing.
With any new-to-you machine, sit down with the instruction manual next to the machine and go step-by-step through the different functions...........and always remember to thread the machine with the presser foot up!
